Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy

At Social Phantom, we do not offer full refunds due to the intense nature of our work and the resources dedicated to each client. However, if a client is dissatisfied with our services, we will issue partial refunds based on the deliverables provided and the number of hours dedicated to the client account during the month.

Delivery Policy

Our services begin as soon as the first invoice is paid. This typically includes a week of onboarding and preparation, followed by live content creation starting in the second week of service. We work diligently to ensure all deliverables meet our high standards and are provided on schedule.

Return Policy

Returns are not applicable to our services as they are delivered digitally and customized to each client’s needs. However upon cancellation all created assets are given to the client. 

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time on a month-to-month basis. If a cancellation occurs mid-month, a partial refund will be provided, calculated based on the services completed up to the date of cancellation.
