  • Non-Inclusive Costs: Fees do not include additional budgets for ads, influencer campaigns, or external talent sourcing unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in a suspension of services or additional fees.

 

3. Client Obligations

To ensure timely and effective delivery of services, clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary materials and access (e.g., social media accounts) within agreed timelines.

  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals or information.

  • Notify us in advance of any changes that may affect the scope of work.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients may cancel services at any time on a month-to-month basis.

  • Cancellations during an active month will result in a partial refund based on the services rendered up to the cancellation date.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed services or deliverables.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • Content created by Social Phantom remains the property of Social Phantom until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment, ownership rights for deliverables are transferred to the client, excluding templates, frameworks, or proprietary tools.

 

6. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Engage in unauthorized use of our website or its content.

  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the website.

  • Use the website for unlawful activities.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for users who violate these terms.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Social Phantom is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Losses due to unforeseen circumstances, including platform algorithm changes or disruptions.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Exceptions include information required by law to be disclosed.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Missouri.
